PART 1: Removing "notification burden" from the system

1. Turn off Notifications
Reason: App notifications interrupt work and consume background resources.
How to do it:
Settings → System → Notifications & actions → Turn off "Get notifications from apps and other senders"

2. Turn off automatic updates (Windows Update)
Reason: Background download and installation of updates is a major cause of lag.
How to do it:
Settings → Update & Security → Pause updates or manage in "Advanced options"

3. Turn off Widgets / News & Interests
Reason: The weather/news bar on the taskbar constantly updates online, consuming RAM and CPU.
How to do it:
Right-click the taskbar → Taskbar settings → Turn off Widgets or News & Interests

4. Turn off background apps

How to do it:
